Even before high school, Alexis helped her family in the bail bond business. At the age of 11, the county jail said she could no longer ride her bicycle to post bonds. Continuing in her family’s footsteps Alexis opened Bustin’ Out Bail Bonds by Alexis as a Licensed Surety in Montgomery County, Texas in 2009. With continued success she decided to open a second company in 2013, Alexis Bail Bonds, under BAIL USA as a Direct Bail Agent. In 2021, Alexis opened another location in Waller County. In 2022, Alexis continued to expand and opened an office in Walker County. In 2024, Alexis opened two more offices in Chambers County and Collin County. Alexis is also approved by the Sheriff to write bail in Madison and Milam County.
Ms. van de Ven Seda is also a licensed Realtor, Private Investigator, P&C Insurance Agent and a Notary Public. She has an appreciation for creative marketing and has generated some great advertising for her business from catchy slogans, a hot pink wrap on her GMC Yukon that stops traffic, to distributing fun t-shirts to the public. Her talent in direct marketing has made her competitive in the bail bond industry. Alexis values the relationship between her bail bond office and the clients. It is extremely important to us to go above and beyond any other bonding company. We offer rides when necessary, we help remove the vehicles from the tow lot, and last but not least, comfort family members when they need a shoulder to cry on.
As a Millennial, Alexis strives to market her business and the industry in a positive light through social media. She is passionate about this industry and serving her community to the best of her ability. One of the many goals Alexis aspires to accomplish, is to have bondsmen looked at in a more professional manner. In the future, Alexis hopes to see bail agents of all ages stand united and lead our industry back to greatness.
