Recurring Message Terms and Conditions

By opting in to receive SMS messages from ALEXIS BAIL BONDS, ALEXIS TEXAS INC. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from ALEXIS BAIL BONDS, ALEXIS TEXAS INC. for conversational messages, updates, reminders, and general two-way communication related to bail bond services. Message and data rates may apply.
How Customers Provide Consent (Verbal Opt-In)
ALEXIS BAIL BONDS collects SMS opt-ins verbally. Customers may provide consent in person or over the phone. When a customer provides their phone number, staff is trained to ask if they would like to opt in to SMS-based notifications.
Staff reads the following script:
“By opting in, the customer agrees to receive messages from Alexis Bail Bonds. The types of messages that will be sent include conversational messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. On average, 1–2 messages per month. Customers can text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us. On average, customers may receive 1–2 messages per month. ALEXIS BAIL BONDS, ALEXIS TEXAS INC. reserves the right to adjust message frequency as needed. We and mobile carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
